GOAL D - BY 2020, CANADIANS ARE INFORMED ABOUT THE VALUE OF NATURE AND MORE ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN ITS STEWARDSHIP

- I think that all these goals are interconnect with the others. All of the goals set are set to achieve target in municipal and provincial areas. These goals can happen on a national base but can only happen within a community.  The others cannot be able to be completed without the other goals putting into effect.

- No, each goals should be taken into considering when you are trying to achieve the 2020 Biodiversity Target. If Goal A was able to happen, people may not know about what is happening because it is a government decision. Involving the community and people learning about biodiversity can achieve a long-term impact and people will become more aware about.

- Yes there are sub categories for the goals.

From Goal D, Target 18 and 19 will help the youth learn about the issue so they can represent our concerns in the future. In Goal C, Target 15 will increase awareness for First Nations to be respected and reconciliation can be improved. Also in goal C, Target 17 will insure that the 2020 Biodiversity can be taken to federal government decision making which can further make it better for protecting ocean and marine areas, plus have government acknowledgement and funds.
