- What does biodiversity mean to you?
Biodiversity are the diverse ecosystems that maintain homeostasis throughout the geographical area. These different species, plants and animals, all have some type of symbiotic relationship that influences their living.
- What do you feel is the biggest obstacle you face when wanting to make a change?
When wanting to make a change, the biggest obstacle I experience is the opportunity to communicate. A lot of people my age don’t commonly get a say in what they think about issues around the world. Sometimes it is also hard to take initiative also, so one’s comfort zone is also an obstacle.
- How does our personal history affect the way we view sustainability and the environment?
It all depends on the experience that a person has had with the environment. If a person has interest in interacting with nature or taking part of its nature, then they will have more of a concern and a desire to care for it. If people are never introduced to the true natural environment, they will never receive the opportunity to want to sustain and protect it.
